Hi. I hope you are doing great. I'm introducing my first book, Navigating Fitness, which offers a refreshing approach to fitness and wellness, focusing on navigating, learning, and making more informed and empowering decisions.
The book is not about a specific training system or a new method, but rather a learning and development guide focused on finding your own approach. It includes how to create your own workouts, stay more active without exercising or dieting much (or at all), nutrition, and intuitive cooking, among other things.
This is a self-publishing project, and I'm trying to make as much noise as possible. The plan is to publish it within a year or so.
